Class Registration

Class Registration:

Please fill out all fields below. Include in the message field the date and name of the class. A payment link will follow in a separate email or text. Payment may be paid online or via phone call. Seats will not be reserved until payment is received. If company billing is required, please add the company name and address in the message field below. The invoice will be sent to the company address provided below only after verification from the supervisor. Registration closes two days before class. Please call for last-minute registration arrangements. Cancellations are required 48 hours before class. Courses may be canceled if class minimum attendance is not met. You will be contacted, and a full refund will be issued if minimum attendance is not met. No Show/No Cancellation will be charged the full amount of the class.
